Two planes collide off the coast of Japan; 6 U.S. airmen missing

A Marine refueling plane and fighter jet crashed into the Pacific Ocean Thursday. The planes took off from their base in Iwakuni, near Hiroshima in western Japan. The planes carried seven crew members in total, and one has been rescued. Last month, a US Navy warplane crashed into sea off the Philippines after ‘mechanical problem’ coming from USS Ronald Reagan. It came just weeks after a helicopter crashed from the same aircraft carrier.
